Something I really miss is a good South African BBQ. In England we can buy our boerewors (A really fatty, but tasty SA sausage) but the BBQ misses one essential ingredient, sunny skies! There is nothing finer than a great summers evening in the African bushveld listening to the crickets and the rumbling of animals in the distance. The howl of a hyena, the roar of a lion, the trumpeting of an elephant. Just thinking of BBQ brings great memories. | ||||||||||||||||||||
